O BLACK BOX nasce da convicção de que os problemas mais complexos do nosso tempo não serão solucionados por um único setor, mas pelas pontes construídas entre aqueles que têm capacidade de transformar sistemas.

Como instituto de estratégia social do ecossistema Jean Silvestro, o BLACK BOX promove o diálogo entre empresas, instituições financeiras, governos, universidades e organizações da sociedade civil. Criamos um ambiente independente onde diferentes perspetivas podem convergir para compreender desafios sistémicos, antecipar riscos e desenvolver soluções capazes de gerar impacto real e duradouro.

Acreditamos que prosperidade económica, estabilidade institucional e coesão social não são objetivos concorrentes, mas dimensões inseparáveis de uma sociedade saudável. Por isso, promovemos investigação, diálogo estratégico e inovação aplicada para transformar tensões em cooperação, interesses divergentes em objetivos comuns e conhecimento em ação.

Mais do que responder às crises, procuramos criar as condições para que elas possam ser evitadas. Porque o futuro não será construído por quem ergue mais muros, mas por quem cria as pontes que tornam o progresso possível.

As the social strategy institute within the Jean Silvestro ecosystem, BLACK BOX brings together companies, financial institutions, governments, universities, and civil society organizations. We provide an independent environment where diverse perspectives can meet to understand systemic challenges, anticipate emerging risks, and develop solutions capable of creating measurable and lasting impact.

We believe that economic prosperity, institutional stability, and social cohesion are not competing goals, but inseparable dimensions of a healthy society. Through research, strategic dialogue, and applied innovation, we transform tension into cooperation, competing interests into shared purpose, and knowledge into action.
